What equipment do I need to create my TrueSelf digital twin?

CommonGround is making immersive experiences available to everyone. All you need is a smartphone to create your TrueSelf digital twin using the TrueSelf Scan application. The TrueSelf Scan application is currently available for the iPhone only and can be accessed from the Apple AppStore via our website. We expect an Android version of the TrueSelf Scan application to be available in the near future.

What can I do with my TrueSelf digital twin?

You can use the TrueSelf Scan application to re-enact your digital twin as well as record your digital twin. You can then share this recording with friends and co-workers and invite them to download the app. In the near future, you will be able to do additional things with your TrueSelf. Stay tuned for more!

How secure is my TrueSelf digital twin?

All TrueSelf data is encrypted both “in transit” and when “at rest”.

In Transit: CommonGround utilizes SSL/TLS encryption where the credential keys are rotating regularly and often for all communications between the mobile application client and CommonGround’s servers in the cloud. This protects the TrueSelf data from being compromised when it is in transit between the mobile client and the CommonGround servers.

At Rest: CommonGround utilizes Amazon S3 encryption for all TrueSelf data when stored on our servers in the cloud. Decryption would require access to the raw files themselves as well as specific encryption keys only known by us. All files are hidden and cannot be accessed by anyone except CommonGround.
